WAGYU BAKSO (FROZEN)

Homemade Indonesian beef meatball made using Halal certified Japanese Arita Beef from Miyazaki.

The bounciness + the additional extra chunks of wagyu beef inside, served with a simple yet warming beef broth makes every bowl special and satisfying.

How to prepare:

• Using Microwave 
  • There is no need to defrost. Transfer the frozen bakso into a microwaveable bowl/container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat on 500W for 3-4 minutes.
• Stovetop Method
  • Bring some bakso broth/soup to a gentle boil. Transfer the frozen bakso into the boiling broth/soup and cook until the bakso is thoroughly heated to the core. 
  • You can also prepare the traditional local street vendor's way by steaming. Bring some water in a steamer to a boil, transfer the frozen bakso into a plate/container and place it in the steamer. Steam on medium heat for around 10 minutes or more until the bakso is thoroughly cooked.
