Kebijakan pengembalian uang

We may accept refunds or replacements under some condition. Please request for a refund or replacement within 8 business days after you received your purchases!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at halalfoodlabo@shibuyarex.com or via WhatsApp at +81 70-9319-0609 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with picture proof so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
Once the inspection is finished, we will let you know if your refund request is approved or not. If approved, we may require your bank account information and process the refund within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

We do not accept returns since our food items are perishable goods.
